Return and Exchange Policy

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the original date of purchase. The following items are not refundable:
1. Universal Exercise Unit and accessories
2. TheraSuit
3. Belts and accessories
4. Splints
We will exchange those items if they are defective or  when a different size is needed.
All exchanges must be received in new and resaleable condition.
If you are not sure what items are returnable, please call  Therasuit LLC 248 - 706 -1308.

Shipping, handling and delivery info

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
Most of the equipment will be delivered in 2-3 business days* by priority mail.
We will determine shipping and handling costs and we will add it to your invoice.
Secondary to the high cost of transportation for customers interested in purchasing 
the Universal Exercise Unit, we give you the option to pick up this equipment from our 
location. Therasuit LLC is able to deliver Universal Exercise Unit to you. Please contact us to
 determine trucking cost.
