GENERAL TERMS,  CONDITIONS AND PRICES
1. Fee

1.Training in MI Center.
   Prices for training courses:
   THERASUIT®   -                             Cost per participant    $850.00 
   UNIVERSAL EXERCISE UNIT -         Cost per participant    $850.00
   TheraSuit Method®  -                    Cost per participant $1,900.00
   This fee includes all course materials.

2.Training on site for therapists @ per/hour rate available (great savings for the clinic) 
    Discount group rate and on-site training available.
2. Payment

Checks, money order or credit card (credit card info form or call 248-706-1308)
Check should be made payable to Therasuit LLC

                            

3. Registration Advance registration is required and should be received min. 2 weeks prior to the course date. 
All registrations received by this date will be confirmed in writing.
To register online please submit  REGISTRATION FORM and send check to Therasuit LLC.
To register by fax please print and fax REGISTRATION FORM and send check to Therasuit LLC.
4. Cancellation A full refund will be given for WRITTEN cancellations received 1 week before the course. 
No refunds will be given after this date. Therasuit LLC is not responsible for any cancellations or any additional fees charged by the airlines or travel agencies.
5. Directions Directions will be provided with a confirmation letter that will be sent prior to the course.
